From East to West
This wine list is a journey through the Mediterranean, where vines have been cultivated for over 8,000 years.
We begin in Georgia — the birthplace of winemaking — and travel west through Turkey, Israel, Hungary, Italy, Spain, and France, — ending in Mendoza, where a celebrated Bordeaux château family brings Old World finesse to the Andes.
Each wine reflects the character of its landscape, from volcanic slopes and clay amphorae to coastal breezes and limestone soils, celebrating heritage, terroir, and timeless craftsmanship.
